Baked Feta & Veggie Soup
Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Julian Hensarling, Prop Stylist: Lydia Purcell
This baked feta and veggie soup is a creamy, flavorful dish that highlights the best of spring’s seasonal produce. Fresh peas, which have a sweet and vibrant flavor, are featured here—look for them in bags in the produce aisle to keep prep quick. The baked feta, roasted until soft, melts into the soup, creating a rich, tangy contrast to the fresh vegetables. Served with crusty bread, this soup is a perfect way to enjoy the bright, fresh flavors of spring.
Marry Me Chickpea Soup with Kale
Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Margaret Monroe Dickey, Prop Stylist: Christina Daley
This creamy chickpea soup was inspired by Marry Me Chicken, a dish that features chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. We gave this dish a plant-based spin by swapping out the chicken for chickpeas and kale to create a cozy, warming meal perfect for cooler weather.

Heami Lee, Food Stylist: Emily Nabors Hall, Prop Stylist: Christine Keeley
This high-protein anti-inflammatory soup is a hearty dish designed to nourish you and fight inflammation in your body. This plant-based soup features lentils, which offer plenty of protein and fiber to make the soup satisfying. Together with anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric and sweet potato, you’ll get a balanced soup that’s warming and comforting, all in one delicious bowl.

This creamy tortellini vegetable soup is the perfect weeknight dinner for chilly nights. Loaded Broccoli Soup
Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Emily Nabors Hall, Prop Stylist: Julia Bayless
This loaded broccoli-Cheddar soup is the ultimate comfort food, combining the coziness of a soup with the classic toppings of a loaded potato. Crispy bacon bits, shredded cheese, sour cream and sliced scallions add texture and extra flavor to each spoonful. It’s a satisfying bowl of goodness, perfect for cold days or when you crave something comforting. This hearty soup blends tender broccoli stems and florets in a creamy, flavorful base, thickened with potato. To make it vegetarian, skip the bacon and use vegetable broth in place of the chicken broth.
Chicken Parmesan Soup
Photographer: Morgan Hunt Glaze, Prop Stylist: Hannah Greenwood, Food Stylist: Sally McKay
This chicken Parmesan soup combines the rich flavors of a traditional chicken Parm—juicy seasoned chicken, tangy marinara sauce and savory Parmesan cheese—with the warmth and comfort of a soup. It’s a perfect dish for those chilly days when you crave something familiar with a fun, innovative twist! We love the punchy burst of flavor that Parmesan crisps offer as a garnish, but feel free to add freshly grated

Carrot Soup
Jen Causey
This easy carrot soup recipe is a great way to use up a bag of carrots that were forgotten in your produce drawer. The carrots cook together with aromatics like onions, garlic and fresh herbs before being pureed into a silky smooth soup that’s delicious for dinner or packed up for lunch.
Sheet-Pan Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Photographer: Robby Lozano, Food Stylist: Jennifer Wendorf, Prop Styling: Lindsey Lower
Roasting the vegetables in the oven before blending them intensifies their flavors, resulting in a deeply rich and flavorful fall soup. We love the sweet and nutty flavor of butternut squash, but any winter squash with a similar texture, such as acorn, honeynut or kabocha squash, can be used in its place.
Spinach & Artichoke Dip Soup
Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Julian Hensarling, Prop Stylist: Josh Hoggle
This creamy soup captures the essence of spinach-artichoke dip perfectly. A touch of lemon juice adds a refreshing zing. Mop up every last bit with a hearty slice of whole-grain country bread or garnish the soup with crushed pita chips for extra crunch. If you can’t find frozen artichoke hearts, you can opt for canned, but remember to give them a rinse to reduce sodium before adding them to the soup.
20-Minute Broccoli-Feta Soup
Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Emily Nabors Hall , Prop Stylist: Shell Royster
This 20-minute version of classic cream of broccoli soup is smooth and creamy after a quick whirl in the blender. To make prep even faster, opt for pre-cut broccoli florets. Serve this comforting soup with a grilled cheese sandwich on the side for dipping.
Easy Slow-Cooker Potato-Leek Soup with Boursin
Photographer: Robby Lozano, Food Stylist: Margaret Dickey, Prop Stylist: Julia Bayless
This creamy slow-cooker leek soup showcases leeks’ mild onion flavor, enhanced by plenty of fresh and dried herbs and with potatoes adding texture and body. Boursin is a soft, spreadable cheese, similar to whipped cream cheese, that comes in a variety of flavors. We like how the garlic-and-herb flavor enhances the overall flavor of the soup, but you can substitute sour cream. To prevent the sour cream from curdling in the hot soup, place in a small bowl and slowly stir in some of the hot broth until the mixture is smooth and creamy-looking before adding to the slow cooker.
Lobster Bisque
Antonis Achilleos
The secret to this richly flavored lobster bisque recipe lies in the shells from the lobster tail that get pureed into the soup itself. This is one appetizer soup that will really wow your guests! Be sure to strain the soup through a fine-mesh sieve twice to get the traditional smooth, creamy texture.
Sheet-Pan Tomato Soup
Jacob Fox
Roasting the tomatoes concentrates their flavor, yielding a richly flavored soup. Make a manchego grilled cheese for dunking.
