    No-Added-Sugar Sangria Mocktail

Heami Lee, Food Stylist: Emily Nabors Hall, Prop Stylist: Christine Keeley

This sangria mocktail is a refreshing drink that highlights the fruity flavors of traditional sangria without added sugars or alcohol. Fruit adds plenty of natural sweetness that’s bolstered by a combination of pomegranate and orange juice. Berry-flavored seltzer adds to the fruity taste, but plain seltzer will work well too.

    Whipped Frozen Apple Cider

Photographer: Morgan Hunt Glaze, Prop Stylist: Lydia Pursell, Food Stylist: Jennifer Wendorf

This apple cider slushie–inspired frozen drink is the perfect mix of warm and cold, offering the comforting taste of autumn spices while being refreshing enough for any time you want a cooldown. Coconut milk adds creaminess. You can swap it out for light coconut milk but the texture will be thinner.

    Cranberry-Orange Punch

    Abby Littlejohn

This gorgeous fruity punch is perfect for any party—serve it on its own for a fun mocktail that will please kids and adults alike.

    Apple-Ginger Moscow Mule Mocktail

    Jacob Fox

Legend has it that the Moscow Mule was created when three entrepreneurs—a vodka businessman, a ginger-beer maker and a copper-mug saleswoman—were down on their luck. The copper mug may seem decorative, but some argue it’s the key to keeping your mule colder longer, or that it even adds a bit of flavor. We love this zero-proof version all the same in any ol’ glass.

    Fizzy Rosemary Cider Mocktail

Many types of mocktails are high in sugar, but this easy mocktail cuts down on the calories and carbs by using club soda and a sugar-free simple syrup.

    Sorrel Spritz Mocktail

    Ali Redmond

A celebratory red drink made during the holidays in Jamaica, this sorrel spritz is infused with cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Instead of using white rum, these mocktails are topped off with seltzer for a refreshing fizz. The gorgeous red hue of the drink comes from dried Jamaican sorrel, also known as hibiscus.

    Moscow Mule Mocktail

    Antonis Achilleos

In this Moscow Mule mocktail, the slightly spicy flavor of ginger is balanced with fresh lime juice for a tart and refreshing drink. If you can’t find ginger syrup in stores, you can easily make your own.

    Elderberry Elixir Mocktail

This effervescent winter mocktail features immune-supporting elderberry syrup alongside anti-inflammatory turmeric and a dose of vitamin C from orange juice. Use freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor. Depending on the sweetness of your elderberry syrup, you may want to use a little more or less.

    Mojito Mocktails

These minty mojito mocktails would be great at a luncheon, brunch, baby shower or pool party—basically whenever you find that a cool, refreshing beverage would be welcome.

    Spicy Pineapple-Ginger Mocktail

    Ali Redmond

Sweet chunks of pineapple create the foundation for this incredibly refreshing mocktail. Serrano pepper and fresh ginger lend a kick of heat to balance the sweetness. Be sure to use a ripe pineapple to get the most flavor. Ripe pineapples should have a firm shell, but be slightly soft when squeezed.
