Multiple brands of salad dressing and sauces are being recalled, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This is due to a foreign matter contamination.
Various dressings, including Caesar, buttermilk ranch, Italian-style and more are a part of this recall. The following brands of salad dressings are impacted, including their SKU information, lot codes and best-by dates (if available):

Many of these dressings were sold at grocery store delis or salad bars, or in large, 1-gallon containers. Check your refrigerator, and if you have any of the recalled dressings or sauces on hand, dispose of them or return to your place of purchase for a possible refund.
These dressings may have “black plastic planting material” in the granulated onion, which can cause injury, illness or a choking hazard. Contact a healthcare provider if you have any health concerns after consuming one of the above recalled products.
