Small food brands are breaking through in their industries faster than ever, and it’s making the competition intense. Just look at the better-for-you soda space, where Olipop and Poppi released the same soda flavor within days of each other. Or the energy drink market, which somehow keeps getting more crowded (and more protein-packed) by the day.

In today’s food landscape, it’s easy to rise fast, and fade into obscurity even faster. Staying power is all about playing your moves right. And one brand that’s steadily risen to the top—and looks ready to stay there—is Graza.

Graza won me over with my very first bottle of Drizzle. Since then, it’s become a permanent fixture on my countertop, making its way onto everything from breakfast to dinner. I’ve even given it out as Christmas gifts—it’s that good. With its dynamic lineup of Drizzle, Sizzle, and Frizzle olive oils, Graza has shown it understands both quality and culture, so naturally, I’m paying attention to whatever the brand does next.

Well, that next venture was just revealed, and I—along with many other fans—have a feeling it’s about to impress.

    Graza Launches 3 New Mayos

Graza just announced its next move: mayo.

For a long time, the closest Graza got to mayo was offering a recipe for an Easy and Tasty Sizzle EVOO Mayo on its website—a five-minute, few-ingredient immersion blender recipe that looks simple, rich, and delicious.

Now, Graza is offering that homestyle mayo in prepackaged form. The brand is officially entering the condiment aisle with three new varieties, each available in both squeeze bottles and glass jars—and fans are already saying, “Get in my pantry.”

Leading the lineup is Original Mayo, a rich, creamy classic made with naturally refined Olive Pomace Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s built for the staples: deviled eggs, potato salad, and marinades.

Leveling up the classic recipe is Fancy Mayo, the world’s first-ever unrefined, 100% extra virgin olive oil mayo, designed to be bold, punchy, and impossible to ignore. This is the one you spread generously on sandwiches, fold into tuna salad, or use as the base for a sharp Caesar dressing.

And for a flavorful twist, there’s Garlic Aioli, the world’s first-to-market 100% olive oil aioli. It delivers a tangy, garlicky flavor with real chopped garlic and feels tailor-made for dipping fries or smearing on burgers.

Graza’s new mayos will retail between $8.99 and $12.99, depending on the style and package size.

Frankly, this move just makes sense. After all, mayo is nearly two-thirds oil, and most versions on store shelves still rely on neutral oils like canola, sunflower, and soybean. Starting with high-quality olive oil results in a top-tier mayo unlike anything your fridge has seen—maybe even better than what you’ll find at restaurants.

And fans seem to love the progression. “Finally, a sensical extension!” one fan wrote. “I’m so here for this,” added another.

Mayo might be the next big condiment category to watch, with brands like Ayoh and Sir Kensington’s already building loyal followings. Graza is positioning itself right at the front of the movement—and given how well it’s stayed relevant in the competitive olive oil space, I have a feeling it’s about to thrive on the condiment shelf.
