MuscleTech Test Peptide T10 combines VasoDrive-AP and TestFACTOR to support testosterone levels, blood flow, and training performance. Full clinical doses of both ingredients in just 2 capsules daily.

MuscleTech has been expanding its peptide lineup quickly. If you’ve been following the series, you’ve seen the brand move beyond the original Peptide 185 and into more “single-purpose” tools across training, recovery, and daily performance.

Test Peptide T10 is the newest entry, and it’s aimed at men who want a once-daily capsule routine that supports testosterone (within healthy physiological ranges), libido, and overall training consistency. It leans on two branded ingredients we already know well: VasoDrive-AP (a milk-peptide complex often used for blood flow support) and TestFACTOR from our friends at PLT Health Solutions.

Peptide is the name of the game, and this lineup is seriously moving the needle. If you want the broader context on what MuscleTech is building, here are a few other peptide products in the series:

    • Peptide 185 (based on NNB Nutrition’s DL185 dileucine)
    • Recovery Peptide 144 (Nuritas PeptiStrong + TSI Group’s myHMB)
    • Creatine Peptide 447 (PepForm creatine peptides + creatine monohydrate)
    • Metabolic Peptide 320 (TheoLim and DNF-10 for natural GLP-1 support)

Those are all great, but when it comes to blood flow and testosterone, you need to hit a few other key pathways (although the creatine above won’t hurt). That’s where Test Peptide T10 comes in.

What’s in Test Peptide T10 (And Why It’s Dosed This Way)

At a glance, this is a “two headline ingredients plus support” build.

    • VasoDrive-AP at 508 milligrams is a full-strength dose by sports nutrition standards.
    • TestFACTOR at 325 milligrams matches the dose we see repeatedly in TestFACTOR’s clinical research and in other finished products.
    • Zinc and boron round out the “supporting cast” for men who want a simple daily protocol.

Let’s get into the two key ingredients and the two supporting ingredients after checking PricePlow for availability and deals:

    Test Peptide T10 Ingredients

Each 2-capsule serving contains the following:

    • VasoDrive-AP – 508mg

VasoDrive-AP is a casein hydrolysate standardized for two lactotripeptides: isoleucyl-prolyl-proline (IPP) and valyl-prolyl-proline (VPP). These milk-derived peptides have been studied for cardiovascular support, including measurable reductions in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in controlled human trials and meta-analyses.[1][2]

So why do we care in a training context? Better vascular function and blood flow support tends to show up as better pumps and better “feel” in the gym, even when the product isn’t a classic pre-workout. We’ve already seen VasoDrive-AP used in pump-focused formulas, and the common thread is simple: if you’re trying to train hard and recover well, circulation matters.

The dose here is the big story. MuscleTech used 508 milligrams per serving, which is a full-strength amount by sports nutrition standards. One tradeoff is that it also means this product has ingredients derived from milk, since the peptides come from casein. We’ve never heard of any issues, but it’s worth noting for anyone with extreme casein allergies.

    • TestFACTOR – 325mg

TestFACTOR is a standardized botanical blend from PLT Health Solutions made from Sphaeranthus indicus (flower heads extract) and Mangifera indica (mango bark extract). In the context of Test Peptide T10, the goal is straightforward: support testosterone within healthy physiological ranges while also supporting training performance and day-to-day vitality.

On the performance side, the Sphaeranthus plus Mangifera blend has human data in resistance-trained men. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, men taking the blend improved strength and endurance outcomes versus placebo.[3] A separate randomized trial paired the blend with resistance training and reported greater improvements in strength and endurance compared to training with placebo.[4]

Then there’s the “why this belongs in a daily men’s stack” angle. A 2025 randomized trial in healthy men reported improvements that included higher testosterone levels, grip strength, and sexual function outcomes.[5]

If you want the long version, we’ve got a full TestFACTOR deep dive on the blog. There’s also a post focused specifically on TestFACTOR’s 2025 sexual health study.

Once again, dosing is on the money. MuscleTech used 325 milligrams, which matches the daily dose that shows up repeatedly across the published research.

    • Boron – 10mg (from boron citrate)

Test Peptide T10 includes 200 milligrams of boron citrate, standardized to supply 5% boron. That comes out to 10 milligrams of elemental boron per serving, which is a solid dose by supplement standards.

Boron isn’t a headline ingredient in sports nutrition, but it’s gotten attention for its relationship with hormone markers. In a small human study in healthy men, 10 milligrams of boron per day was associated with higher free testosterone after one week, alongside shifts in other hormone and inflammatory markers.[6]

MuscleTech Creatine Peptide 447 combines 6g total creatine (monohydrate + peptide technology) with L-tyrosine and L-theanine for muscle performance and cognitive support. A complete daily performance enhancer beyond traditional creatine.

That study was short and the sample size was tiny, so it’s not the sort of evidence you hang an entire product on. Still, it helps explain why boron keeps showing up in men’s health formulas, and why MuscleTech didn’t treat it like a token sprinkle.

    • Zinc – 15mg (from zinc citrate)

Zinc often gets overlooked in the supplement world, but it’s one of the most foundational minerals for male health. Research has consistently linked zinc status to healthy testosterone levels in adult men.[7] This isn’t a pharmaceutical dose designed to spike hormones overnight. Instead, Test Peptide T10 delivers 15 milligrams as zinc citrate (136% Daily Value), a highly bioavailable form that supports your body’s natural hormone production pathways. If you’re not getting enough zinc through diet alone, this addition helps ensure you’re not leaving potential gains on the table.

How To Take MuscleTech Test Peptide T10

MuscleTech’s directions are simple: take 2 capsules once daily with a glass of water.

    A few practical notes:

    • If your stomach is sensitive to capsules, take it with a meal.
    • It’s smart to take it pre-workout on workout days, given the blood flow and performance enhancements
    • This isn’t hormone replacement therapy, and it’s not written for anyone treating a medical condition. If you’re dealing with symptoms or on medication, talk to a clinician first.

MuscleTech Recovery Peptide 144 features PeptiStrong™ peptides that boost strength recovery by 144% and cut muscle fatigue by 47%. Plus myHMB® for anti-catabolic support and myostatin suppression. Complete your peptide stack!

    Stack Ideas (Keeping It Simple)

Test Peptide T10 is positioned as a daily “baseline” product. That means it stacks cleanly with the rest of the peptide lineup:

Or, if you’ve got the budget… include both! You also can’t go wrong with the MuscleTech EuphoriQ Pre-Workout alongside.

Final Take: More Peptides from MuscleTech, Now Targeting Testosterone

Test Peptide T10 fits the story MuscleTech has been building with its peptide series: focused products, branded ingredients, and clear daily routines instead of kitchen-sink formulas.

If you’re already using the peptide line, this one is easy to understand. You’re getting VasoDrive-AP at a real dose, and you’re getting TestFACTOR from PLT Health Solutions at the dose that shows up across the research.
