Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the chopped tomatoes in a small baking dish. Grate in the garlic, then add 1 tsp oregano, the drained butter beans, tomato purée and harissa, if using. Season well. Nestle in the feta, drizzle over the oil, add a pinch more oregano and bake for 20 mins until golden and bubbling. Or, cook in the air fryer at 180C for 20 mins.
