GHOST Hydration powder tubs are getting a packaging overhaul, with updated visuals designed to match the RTD cans already in market. The formula stays the same, but four new flavors come with the refresh: Kiwi Strawberry, Lemon Crush, Welch’s Grape, and Sonic Cherry Limeade (US only). All four hit GHOST’s DTC site and specialty retailers on April 15, 2026.

After Sonic Ocean Water landed as a permanent GHOST Legend V4 flavor, Cherry Limeade now makes the move to Hydration. The sweet-tart cherry-citrus combination translates well to an electrolyte product. Note this one is US-only.

Taurine – 1500mg
Taurine is a cellular osmolyte that helps regulate fluid balance. At 1500mg it’s dosed well above what most hydration products include, pushing this product closer to a hybrid performance-hydration formula.

Electrolytes
The core is 150mg sodium, 375mg potassium, and 83mg magnesium per scoop, all in citrate forms for good bioavailability. Aquamin (500mg), a seaweed-derived calcium source, rounds out the mineral lineup. The potassium-forward ratio aligns with how most people’s dietary intake actually skews.

PureWay-C – 135mg

Conclusion: New Bottles, New Partnerships, Same Formula
In a sad and seemingly-bitter ending to a successful 7-year partnership, Mondelez has filed a lawsuit against GHOST, demanding destruction of all remaining branded inventory just two weeks before Ghost’s proposed sell-through date.
The flavor refresh carries more weight than a label update. GHOST Hydration’s original tub lineup included flavors tied to the Mondelez partnership, which ended in 2025 and took Sour Patch Kids and other Mondelez-licensed flavors with it. Aligning the packaging with the RTD line makes sense as GHOST Hydration expands across formats, and the new flavor lineup reflects GHOST’s partnership direction heading into 2026. Welch’s and Sonic are active and expanding; the Mondelez chapter is behind them.
