As foodies we know that there’s nothing dramatic about how we respond to products at the grocery store. Whether it’s excitement over something new, disappointment that a limited-time (or even long-time) favorite is gone, or elation when that product hits shelves again, we can experience a range of emotions as we walk through the aisles.
Recently, Sam’s Club shoppers had a slew of emotions to share when they realized that a fan-favorite was back on shelves after a two-year hiatus. The main sentiment? Pure joy.
Sam’s Club Brings Back Spinach & Feta Cheese Chicken Meatballs
“I’m not being dramatic when I say…my heart is happy,” @samsclubfoodreview wrote on an Instagram post sharing the news that Member’s Mark Spinach & Feta Cheese Chicken Meatballs are back on shelves. And they aren’t the only one giving the meatballs a “10/10.”
“These are one of my favorites,” commented a fan. “I could scream! I’ve never missed anything more,” wrote another.
The deli offering features approximately 33 heat-and-serve chicken meatballs that are filled with spinach and feta cheese. Fans love the Member’s Mark chicken meatballs for being “juicy” and “flavorful,” with one customer calling them “Mediterranean magic.”
Sam’s Spinach & Feta Cheese Chicken Meatballs are sold in a two-pack that is ready to be cooked in just a few minutes—or frozen for enjoyment later. Each 32-ounce package of meatballs costs $10.94. Many Sam’s members recommend serving the filled chicken meatballs with a side of Member’s Mark Tzatziki Dip for an easy, yet delicious meal.
Even though fans have been waiting a while to see these spinach and feta-stuffed meatballs back on shelves, they won’t be around forever. The packaging advertises them as a “Limited Time Offering,” which is why customers are “[grabbing] them so fast” when they spot them.
There’s no telling how long a “limited time” is, but it’s usually safe to assume that once the Spinach & Feta Cheese Chicken Meatballs are sold out at your club store, they likely won’t be restocked. So, it’s a good idea to grab a few packages while you can, then stash the extras in your freezer for delicious, easy meals long after the meatballs leave clubs.
