    • Costco now carries Hiyo organic mocktails, a low-sugar option perfect for Dry January.
    • The Costco-exclusive Sunset Party Pack has 30 calories and just 3g added sugar per can.
    • Hiyo offers refreshing, fruity flavors without the off-putting notes of many mocktails.

Costco is bringing in the new year with a new beverage selection. For those participating in Dry January, these fruity mocktails are entirely up your alley, and they’re healthy choices that actually taste good.

Hiyo is now available at Costco locations nationwide. And that’s not all: the alcohol-free, self-described “organic social tonics” have launched a Costco-exclusive Sunset Party Pack to celebrate. The brand-new variety pack features flavors blackberry-lemon, passion fruit-tangerine and peach-mango, with each promising just 30 calories and only 3 grams of added sugar per 12-ounce can.

Sugar-sweetened beverages are a top source of added sugar in the average American’s diet, so these low-sugar drinks can help you swap out your usual sugary soda or occasional sweet mocktail. Regularly eating or drinking too much sugar can cause long-term health complications, so making healthier swaps for day-to-day is key.

And these tonics actually taste good—they don’t have that weird, off-putting backnote that many mocktails have when they’re trying to mimic alcoholic drinks. They’re refreshing and well-suited for any time of day. I’ve tried a few of Hiyo’s flavors, and my personal favorite is the blackberry lemon, so I’m excited to see the vibrant sip as part of the Costco launch.

If you have a membership, swing by Costco and grab a pack of the new Hiyo multipack. Keep it for yourself or share them with friends for your next gathering—balanced with healthy appetizers if it’s the Super Bowl.

No Costco nearby? No problem! Hiyo is also available at Whole Foods, Sprouts Farmers Market and other regional grocery stores. Or, make your own fruity, low-sugar, fizzy mocktail at home with recipes like our No-Added-Sugar Sangria Mocktail or these five-star Mojito Mocktails.
