Cereal is my go-to breakfast, and it’s always been that way. When I was younger, I’d reach for Honey Nut Cheerios, Lucky Charms, and my favorite—Frosted Flakes. Even to this day it’s such a convenient and delicious way to start my morning.
But one brand that has always reigned superior in my pantry is Fruity Pebbles. A bowl of the fruity, colorful cereal was always a welcomed treat in the morning—though everyone knows it tastes even better as a late night snack. While its original fruity flavor is still the one I enjoy the most, the brand is known to drop some equally delicious limited-time offerings, including its marshmallow-loaded Winterfest Fruity Pebbles and summery Strawberries and Cream Pebbles.

Fruity Pebbles Releases New Cinnamon Pebbles Flavor

Fruity Pebbles just unveiled the flavor fans have been waiting for: Cinnamon Pebbles. The new cereal features crispy flakes that are baked with a cinnamon flavor and notes of vanilla to warm you up with each bite. And better yet—the flavor is a new addition to Post’s permanent lineup.
You don’t even have to eat Cinnamon Pebbles with milk to enjoy the sweet cinnamon flavor. If you lean more savory than sweet in the morning, the new flavor is great for putting a cinnamon spin on homemade cereal treats, or as the finishing touch to Churro Cheesecake Bites.
Now, if you’re thinking that the cinnamon cereal looks familiar, you’re not wrong. As one food blogger pointed out on Instagram, Post previously offered Cinna-Crunch Pebbles for a limited time in the late ’90s, but it was discontinued in 2001. The brand also released Cinnamon Pebbles back in 2017, but the cereal hasn’t been spotted on shelves in over seven years.
It’s unclear if the new Cinnamon Pebbles are reformulated or the same cinnamon treat fans knew and loved, but either way, cereal enthusiasts couldn’t be more excited. One fan joked on Instagram, “Cinnamon? More like cinna’win!” Another commenter wrote, “I need to get my hands on a box of those,” while one chimed in, “I’m a sucker for anything cinnamon!”
The new cereal will be available at select retailers nationwide beginning in January. Cinnamon Pebbles will be available in three sizes: a 2-ounce single-serve cup, 11-ounce box, and 19.5-ounce family size box.
