This King Ranch chicken sheet pan taco recipe is my nostalgic take on King Ranch casserole. Their brochure promoted a recipe titled King Ranch Chicken Casserole. We made that recipe that very night, and it became a family staple.When I got married, it was the very first meal I made after the honeymoon. But sometimes a casserole is a lot, so why not hand-held tacos? Garnish with salsa and whatever else your heart desires: sour cream, cilantro, avocado, green onion.
