Snickers is one of the most iconic candies—and not just because the brand is always teaming up with legends like Betty White, Josh Allen, and Elton John. It’s consistently a fan-favorite when trick-or-treating and beyond, thanks to a flavor that satisfies both sweet and salty cravings.
However, like so many candies, a Snickers gets that much better when enjoyed from the freezer. And Snickers knows it too, which is why the brand released its candy bar in ice cream form in 1989.
The Snickers Ice Cream Bar, which features peanut butter ice cream, peanuts, and caramel in a milk chocolate shell, is as beloved as a Dilly Bar or Drumstick cone in the freezer aisle. Snickers has released a few iterations of its ice cream bar, including a Dark Bar made with dark chocolate and the new Crunchy Peanut Butter Bar, which was announced at the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) show in 2025 and is now hitting shelves.
But now, the Mars brand is expanding its ice cream bar into a whole new line. Snickers is releasing new Ice Cream Minis in five flavors.
Snickers Introduces New Ice Cream Minis Line
Allrecipes / Snickers
The new line of Snickers Ice Cream Minis features the original Snickers Ice Cream, made with the same peanut butter ice cream, peanuts, and caramel, just in a smaller format—plus four all-new flavors. The Snickers Minis lineup includes Snickers Crunchy Peanut Butter, Snickers Almond, Snickers Salted Caramel, and a first-of-its-kind collaboration with M&M’s for a Snickers x M&M’s bar.
The Snickers Crunchy Peanut Butter Ice Cream Mini features even more peanuts in the peanut butter ice cream and caramel bar. The Snickers Almond Ice Cream Mini uses almonds and vanilla ice cream rather than peanuts and peanut butter ice cream. The Snickers Salted Caramel Ice Cream Mini is made with salted caramel ice cream, peanuts, and more gooey caramel. Lastly, the Snickers x M&M’s Ice Cream Mini is unlike anything currently on shelves, featuring peanut butter ice cream, peanuts, caramel, and M&M’s Minis, all wrapped in a milk chocolate shell.
Each new Snickers Ice Cream Minis bar is the size of a Snickers fun-sized candy bar and will be sold in 10-count boxes. The entire Snickers Ice Cream Minis line is joining Snickers’ permanent portfolio and is rolling out to retailers now. The Original, Almond, Crunchy Peanut Butter, and Salted Caramel mini ice cream bars will be sold at retailers nationwide, while the new Snickers x M&M’s flavor will be a Walmart exclusive.
I tried the entire new line of Snickers Ice Cream Minis, and here is my honest review.
My Honest Review of the New Snickers Ice Cream Minis Flavors
Before this, I’d never actually had a Snickers Ice Cream Bar. But, after trying the four new flavors, I understand why it’s one of our editors’ favorite ice cream treats. It’s everything you love about a Snickers bar, plus a cool, creamy ice cream center. What’s not to love?
Honestly, the four new flavors are all wins in my book—so which one you buy just depends on what you’re craving.
The Almond Snickers Bar is ideal for those who don’t like peanut butter or peanuts, as it offers a smooth vanilla flavor and crunchy, nutty almonds. The Salted Caramel Snickers Bar ups the ante on the sweet-salty pairing of a Snickers bar, with a decadent, ultra-salty caramel-flavored ice cream. The Snickers x M&M’s Bar is the best of both worlds, with the sweet, crunchy addition of candy-coated mini M&M’s. Personally, as a peanut butter and chocolate lover, the Crunchy Peanut Butter Snickers Bar was my favorite with even more crunchy peanuts in every bite.
I really appreciate the size of these ice cream bars because they’re the perfect few bites to satisfy a quick sweet tooth. It’s safe to say there will be multiple boxes of these new Snickers Ice Cream Minis in my freezer from now on.
