C4 Energy Mango Fuego pairs tropical mango with back-end heat in a 200mg caffeine RTD. Sweet meets heat in a can — is this the spicy energy drink the market’s been missing?

C4 Energy just dropped Mango Fuego, a new flavor that takes the brand’s signature performance energy drink into spicy-fruit territory. The tagline says it all: “Sweet meets heat in a can.” This is C4 Energy’s first true heat-forward flavor, and based on the can art alone (mango branches, chile pepper accents, flames climbing the C4 logo), Nutrabolt is leaning into the concept hard.

If you’ve been following C4 Energy’s recent flavor expansions, you already know they’ve been pushing beyond the standard fruit profiles. Earlier in 2025, they launched Cosmic Rainbow, Strawberry Blast, and Sour Gummy Splash to take the lineup in a candy-inspired direction. Then more recently came Cereal Killer, which we absolutely love and is now at 7-Eleven.

Mango Fuego goes a different route, pairing tropical sweetness with heat for a combo that’s pretty common in snacks and sauces but still largely unexplored in the RTD energy space.

Check prices and sign up for C4 Energy alerts below, then let’s get into it:

Mango Fuego: Where Sweet Meets Heat

C4 describes this one as exactly what the name suggests: mango up front, heat on the back end. The can art features stylized mango fruits alongside what appear to be ají amarillo or habanero plants, suggesting this isn’t a novelty heat. It’s meant to feel intentional and culturally grounded. The “Fuel Your Fuego” tagline carries that through.

We haven’t cracked a can yet, so we can’t report on how assertive the heat actually is. The ingredient label shows “Natural & Artificial Flavors,” which leaves plenty of room for real pepper-derived compounds or capsaicin-adjacent ingredients to drive the heat experience. If C4 nailed the balance, you’re looking at a profile that could carve out serious shelf presence in a crowded RTD market.

    C4 Energy Mango Fuego Ingredients

C4 Energy Mango Fuego runs the same performance formula you’d expect from the line, and it’s cleaner than most competing energy drinks on store shelves.

    • Caffeine Anhydrous – 200mg

Two hundred milligrams per 16 fl oz is C4’s standard energy dose across the lineup, on par with their C4 Energy Shots and Cereal Killer. That’s a solid, focused amount, enough for real energy without overdoing it for most adults.

    • CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine

CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine is the ingredient behind any tingling you feel shortly after drinking C4. It supports muscular endurance by buffering lactic acid buildup during high-intensity effort, which is useful if you’re heading into a workout and not just a desk session.

    • BetaPower® Betaine Anhydrous

BetaPower® Betaine Anhydrous (from natural beet sources) supports power output and cellular hydration. It’s a regular feature in C4’s energy and pre-workout formulas, and the branded form is one of the cleaner options available.

    • Vitamin B12 – 6mcg (250% DV)

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) at 250% Daily Value supports energy metabolism at the cellular level. It’s a standard inclusion in energy drinks and rounds out the formula’s nutritional profile.

    Conclusion: Mango Heat Done Right?

Nutrabolt, the company that owns Cellucor. Follow PricePlow to stay tuned!

C4 Energy Mango Fuego brings something genuinely different to the RTD energy space. Mango-chili pairings are everywhere in food culture right now, and it makes sense that the energy drink category would eventually get there. C4’s performance formula (200mg caffeine, CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, and BetaPower® Betaine) stays intact, so this is purely a flavor play on top of a formula that already works.

Whether this is a permanent addition or a limited run, we don’t know yet. Either way, it’s worth grabbing one to see if the heat is real. Track availability and pricing below, and sign up for C4 Energy news alerts so you don’t miss what Nutrabolt drops next.
