    • Target recalls Good & Gather Burrito Bowl Blend for undeclared shrimp allergen.
    • The 12-ounce bags are being recalled after three consumer complaints.
    • Over 57,000 products were recalled and sold nationwide.

There’s an active recall on frozen meals sold at Target, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This is due to an undeclared allergen in the product.

The recalled product is the Good & Gather Burrito Bowl Blend, Southwest-Style, sold in 12-ounce bags with the UPC “085239931356.” Each package has a best-by date of “08/24/2026” and one of the following lot codes: L5055-1, L5055-2, L5055-3, L5055-4, L5055-5 or L5055-6.

Approximately 57,240 frozen products were distributed and sold in all 50 states since April 17, 2025. Check your freezer immediately, and if you have this burrito bowl blend on hand, dispose of it or return to your local Target for a refund.

The recall was announced after three consumer complaints were received indicating shrimp being present in this product. Those with a shellfish allergy may experience an allergic reaction after consuming the mislabeled burrito bowl. If you are showing signs of anaphylaxis like hives, swelling, trouble breathing, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness and tightness of the throat, call 911.

For questions about this recall, contact Target Guest Relations at 800-440-0680.
