Whether you hit the drive-thru for a chicken sandwich, burgers and fries, or even a sweet treat, there’s a fast food chain for just about every type of cuisine—and each one has a plethora of options, from long-time classics to brand-new favorites.
And while each fast food chain may have its signature staples (think Chick-fil-A nuggets or a Wendy’s Frosty), there’s no shortage of unique drops or trendy limited-time offerings from our favorite franchises. Here are the new fast food releases from the past week that we can’t wait to get our hands on.
Arby’s Peach Cobbler Roll
Allrecipes / Arby’s
It may be the middle of winter, but Arby’s is channeling summer with its brand-new sweet treat: a Peach Cobbler Roll. The roll, which is available in pairs of two à la carte, features crispy, golden pastry dough coated in cinnamon and sugar, stuffed full with diced peaches, sweet graham cracker crumbs, and a bourbon vanilla filling just like the classic dessert.
If you’re looking for something a little more substantial when you’re rolling through the drive-thru, Arby’s also dropped the new Meat & 3 Box. The combo, which retails for $7.99, comes with your choice of Classic Roast Beef or the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, accompanied by the chain’s beloved curly fries, two mozzarella sticks, a drink, and the new Peach Cobbler Roll for dessert.
Burger King’s Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper and Cinnamon Apple Pie
Allrecipes / Burger King
Burger King is upgrading a fan-favorite burger with the debut of the new Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper. Following BK’s release of the Steakhouse Bacon Whopper last February, the Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper features a flame-grilled patty topped with melty Swiss cheese, plus crispy onion rings, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and peppercorn aioli on a toasted sesame bun.
Although Arby’s may have entered the fruity dessert game with the Peach Cobbler Roll, BK is bringing its own competition with the return of the fan-favorite Cinnamon Apple Pie. Burger King’s beloved dessert is a cross between the Dutch Apple Pie (which was discontinued in 2020) and the classic fast food fried apple pies, like the ones sold at McDonald’s. The fried hand pie, which is served warm, features cinnamon apple pie filling inside a golden, crispy crust for a decadent handheld take on an American classic.
Little Caesars Detroit Slices-N-Stix
Allrecipes / Little Caesars
Just in time for Super Bowl Sunday, Little Caesars is dishing up a brand-new pizza that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser. Designed to meet all your cheesy, carb-y cravings, Little Caesars’ Slices-N-Stix is half-pizza, half-Italian Cheese Stix. The meal, which retails for just $4.99, features two slices of deep-dish Detroit-style pepperoni pizza alongside four pieces of the chain’s Italian cheese bread, plus a side of Crazy Sauce for dipping.
The Slice-N-Stix combo is only here for a limited time, so whether you’re splitting the pie with a friend or getting the best of both worlds, be sure to grab it sooner rather than later.
Sonic’s All-American Smash Burgers
Sonic
After dropping Sonic Smashers in 2024, the fast food chain is back on the smashburger trend with not one, but four brand-new burgers. The star of the show is the new All-American burger, which features two smashed and seared Angus beef patties on a potato bun. The crispy-on-the-outside, juicy-on-the-inside patties are topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions, plus ketchup and mayo instead of Smasher sauce.
The new lineup also includes three additional riffs on the burger: an All-American Triple Sonic Smasher (which has three patties instead of two), an All-American Bacon Sonic Smasher with two patties and bacon, and an All-American Triple Bacon Sonic Smasher with three patties plus bacon. Each of the four burgers is available a la carte, or you can get the classic All-American burger with your choice of medium Tots or Groovy Fries plus a medium drink as part of the $6 All-American Smasher Meal.
Taco Bell Volcano Quesarito
Taco Bell
After years of pleading from fans, Taco Bell finally brought back one of its most-requested menu items ever: the Quesarito. The fan-favorite item, which is a grilled burrito stuffed with seasoned rice, beef, chipotle sauce, and sour cream wrapped inside a quesadilla, quickly went viral upon its return in mid-December, but Taco Bell didn’t stop there—the chain also re-released the beloved Volcano Quesarito with a brand-new condiment last week.
In 2015, the Bell introduced the Volcano Quesarito, which featured the same ingredients as the standard Quesarito plus a spicy Lava Sauce. Rather than Lava Sauce, the new iteration of the Quesarito features the chain’s new bolder, hotter Volcano Sauce. And, if a quesadilla-wrapped burrito isn’t for you, Taco Bell also dropped a whole Volcano Style Menu—including a Volcano Crunchy Taco, Volcano Crunchwrap, Volcano Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Volcano Steak Fries, and Volcano Nachos BellGrande—available exclusively via the chain’s app.
