The ‘Delish’ Oreo Treat Fans Wait All Year for Is Finally Back

Nothing says holidays quite like a plate of cookies, whether they’re left out for Santa or simply left out for your holiday party guests. But, which cookies will you choose to adorn your plate? A homemade snickerdoodle or sugar cookie? A simple Pillsbury Shape? Or, the easiest of them all, the holiday, limited-edition White Fudge Covered Oreos straight from the package?

There’s no shame in treating your guests to milk’s favorite cookie for the holiday season. In fact, restaurants have been doing it for years. Nothing Bundt Cakes is currently baking an Oreo x Reese’s cake through the first week of December, Jimmy John’s has previously offered a Chocolate Peppermint Cookie with Oreo, and classics, such as DQ’s Oreo Cookie Blizzard, are always at the drive-thru.

Last year, Red Robin joined the Oreo craze with the launch of its Oreo Candy Cane Milkshake during the holiday season. And, after a successful first year, the wait for the “delish” shake is finally over. Red Robin’s Oreo Candy Cane Milkshake is officially back on menus—along with two new seasonal items.

    Red Robin

Red Robin’s fan-loved Oreo Candy Cane Milkshake is made with vanilla soft-serve blended with peppermint and Oreo cookies, and topped with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and Oreo crumbs.

The pink, minty milkshake is available at participating Red Robin restaurants, in a kid or adult size, now for a limited time through Jan. 4.

The returning shake isn’t the only gift Red Robin has waiting under the tree for us, though. The restaurant chain knows that many of us are hoping to cut back on spending this holiday season, but it won’t mean you’ll have to compromise your post-holiday shopping bite. Red Robin has two new value menu items that let you mix-and-match favorites, without breaking the bank.

Following suit with other casual dining chains, Chili’s and Applebee’s, Red Robin is adding its own version of the three-piece appetizer sampler with the Triple YUMMM Platter. The shareable appetizer starts at $16.99 and allows guests to choose three apps from favorites such as Cheesy Mozzarella Twists, Pretzel Bites, Boneless Chicken Bites, Crispy Fried Pickles, Zucchini Fries, and, yes, the Onion Rings.

For a more filling option, Red Robin is offering the Two For You Combo, which lets guests choose two entrées starting at $20.19. The Two For You Combo options include Red Robin’s Whiskey River BBQ Ribs, Crispy Fried Shrimp, Clucks, and Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Breast. Each entrée is served with coleslaw and your choice of bottomless side.

We can rest assured knowing that Red Robin will still have us saying “yummm” this holiday season, just for less.
