If you were on the food blogosphere in the early 2010s, you know The Pioneer Woman. She burst on the scene with her blog, where she shared recipes, stories, and lifestyle content from her ranch in Oklahoma. Several of her recipes became instant favorites (I still make her cinnamon rolls every year), and it didn’t take long for the internet to take notice. In 2011, her show premiered on the Food Network, and she’s been gracing our screens with fresh recipes ever since.

We’re big fans of the home-chef-turned-superstar. We whip out her Cranberry Brie Bites every holiday season, keep her Chicken Tortellini Soup in consistent rotation, and bring her Spicy Bacon Pickle Bites to potlucks, parties, and get-togethers. So it’s safe to say that the Pioneer Woman has a permanent spot in our kitchen—and not just through her recipes.

In 2015, Ree Drummond launched a houseware line at Walmart, offering beautifully designed appliances, cookware, cutlery, bakeware, storage solutions, and more. Her pieces blend vintage and country styles, adding a fresh, feminine, and nostalgic touch to kitchens everywhere. Her latest drop is no different. It looks like a charming family hand-me-down—except it’s totally new.

The Pioneer Woman’s New Agatha Stoneware Butter Dish

The Pioneer Woman’s latest release is a vintage-inspired butter dish that is just so darling. It reminds us of something we’d see on our grandma’s counter every day, but is also special enough to use for holiday hosting.

The covered butter dish is part of her “Agatha” product line and features delicate floral patterns, decorative edges, and soft retro colors. The handle of the butter dish lid is a little sitting cow, which adds a special touch to the design. Plus, this butter dish is extra-large. It can fit two sticks of butter, or one whole “slab” of butter—in other words, the shape Kerrygold butter is sold in.

“What’s not to love about this Pioneer Woman butter dish,” commented a fan on the Walmart product page, where the dish is currently available for purchase. “It’s got a pretty vintage design with a cute little cow on top. Plus, it’s dishwasher and microwave-safe! Great for yourself or as a gift.”

“This is a beautiful butter dish,” added another reviewer. “It has a bit of weight to it, which makes it feel well-made and will survive any little bumps when removing the lid to access the butter. I love that it stores the larger butter sticks. My previous butter dish only fit the thin butter sticks.”

Elegant and functional, with a retro edge? Consider us in. And if you’re in the market for more vintage-inspired kitchenware, be sure to check out the adorable sunflower glass cups from Dollar Tree and Ikea’s new storage containers that feature an antique flair.
